As always, the Service team took exceptional care of me and my car. Short notice appointment, Whitney had a car ready for me to drive, Darrin got meningitis quickly and explained additional concerns to pay attention to in a consultative way, but not a pushy way. As always, a well oiled machine.

Arrived without an appointment, was greeted immediately upon arrival. Spoke with ASM let him know what I was there for. He wrote me up and advised me approximate amount of time it would take to get it all done. Vehicle was completed washed and delivered on time. Kudo's to Darren my service consultant!

Kevin always does a superb job overseeing my service appointments and making sure all service coupons are taken in to account. I always work with Kevin because he has my loaner ready and makes sure everything is properly completed.

As usual Kevin was great with my service call. The gentlemen who helped when I pulled into the service area were friendly and helpful. I don’t feel that this part of the survey should be required.
