They made service simple. Dropped my vehicle off and received a text message With what was needed to be done with my Vehicle .once I approved they started work. Received a message when it was done, went and paid the bill and was out in less than five minutes!!

He helped me in every way possible and my finance guy Davis Iannacone that I dealt with was wonderful. My experience overall was I gave them a 10 wonderful people I will send anyone I know that way because my experience was that with them was wonderful.
The best part of this dealership is the service manager Jeff Orr. He always keeps you informed about your vehicle being serviced. Pedro is following in Jeff's footsteps of being someone to rely on for knowledgeable service and advice after the sale.

Salesman was super. Management. Only gave me one fob. When I asked for second I was told and It probability was never turned over. That is not my problem it is yours. At a minimum management should have called the last owner to get the for or offered toget a replacement. What I got was no act and every person just turned their backs and left me without a second fob.
The advisor was very nice and knowledgeable. I did not receive a sticker on my window nor was the old sticker removed for the oil change. Will go back

I recently purchased a used car from INFINITI Stuart, and my salesman was Chris Lila. Mr. Lila was helpful and kind and he made the process less stressful than other dealerships I had visited. He was also respectful and I felt he cared about customer service. I had an issue with the vehicle that occurred during the final detail and Mr. Lila and other members of the team promised to make it right (I need new windshield installed). But the problem was not resolved. 1-A few times my car has made a whining sound first thing in the morning but clears. 2-My son accelerated at a traffic light and the car lost power, he put the car in manual mode and was able to drive. 3- I was at a stop sign turning left when I accelerated the car lost power, I had to pull into a driveway and power off the car, once I turned the car back on it worked. 4- I had to slam on brakes, ...
